Danielle made check-in simple, and the staff was quite pleasant. i found the staff responsive to needs. both elevators were fast, which i appreciated. housekeeping kept our room clean. I was grateful for the fridge and microwave. the location safety was good. the front desk manager, michael, promptly cleared up a billing confusion. my guests and i appreciate the friendly, helpful staff.

i found the location very convenient to times square and subway lines. the room was quiet, great for restful sleep. the mini refrigerator and microwave were useful amenities, although i didn't need them this time. the hotel staff showed great enthusiasm when i asked questions, even before arrival.
i noticed a very slight pot smell in the elevator , but it was not overwhelming.
